On December 8th, volunteers from Goldman Sachs and Debevoise & Plimpton, a New York based law firm, joined the GOSO team for a workshop to teach the Guys interview skills. Lead by our Director of Board Operations, Reg André, our volunteers coached the GOSO Guys on how to prepare for interviews and how to land a job. This was the first time that we have incorporated attorneys into our workshops and the Guys really enjoyed learning about a new profession.
This workshop was a part of GOSO’s ongoing scheduling of Job Readiness Seminars – a seminar series that provide our participants with essential life skills and prepare them for school and the workplace.
