Imagine preparing for a job interview, heading to class, or showing up for your family, but not having a coat to get you there. For the young people we serve, a winter jacket isn’t just about comfort. It’s about dignity, opportunity, and the ability to keep showing up for the life they’re building.
That’s why our partnership with WPP Media matters so deeply. This year, they helped us provide warm winter jackets to more than 100 participants, and they didn’t stop there. WPP employees came to our Community Programs office to transform those coats into something even more special: carefully organized, wrapped in festive bags, and delivered with genuine care.
The afternoon was filled with arts and crafts, cookie decorating, a hot cocoa bar, and the kind of meaningful connection that reminds everyone involved why this work matters. Participants and volunteers laughed together, created together, and reminded each other that community shows up when it counts.
This is what happens when companies use their resources to invest in our young people. When you believe that everyone deserves warmth, and a fair shot, and you back that belief with action, lives change.
Want to create an impact like this? Whether through corporate partnerships, volunteer engagement, or direct support, you can help ensure no young person faces winter, or their future, alone.
