GOSO/SAVE came together for our 4th Annual Gun Violence Awareness Block Party to shine a light on a critical issue affecting our community: gun violence. Community members, local organizations, and elected officials joined us for a powerful afternoon of food, music, recognition, and connection, while spotlighting the many resources available in East Harlem.
The work of our GOSO/SAVE team is truly vital. Every day, they show up with unwavering commitment, often putting their own safety on the line, to create a safer, more peaceful environment not only for the young people we serve but also for their families and neighbors.
Events like this are just one part of the many steps we take to ensure that the second chances we help build are real, lasting, and sustainable.
