Hi everyone! My name is Cindee Rifkin and I am an international meditation coach and yoga teacher. I have been bringing transformative yoga and meditation practices to people for over 10 years, and my approach is focused in trauma-relief. For the past four years, I have been working with GOSO participants and staff through these practices, on a weekly basis.
