Shenelle Galarza, MSW

Shenelle started off at GOSO as an intern and worked her way to a Participant Success Manager. She works directly with our participants providing individual therapy, facilitating groups, providing court advocacy, and focuses on individual strengths to assist participants in achieving their personal goals. She previously interned at NYU McSilver Institute and brings her experience working with the adolescent population as well as those dually affected by the juvenile justice system and foster care system.

Shenelle obtained her Bachelors in Public Health from Monroe College and completed her MSW at Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. She was born and raised in New York City’s very own Spanish Harlem and takes pride in giving back to her community.
