Shaquala Fields, LCSW, Senior Director of Programs

As the Senior Director of Programs, Shaquala oversees both GOSO and SAVE programming. Shaquala previously served as GOSO’s Senior Director of Client Programs in which she helped develop and implement key program components, such as the Leadership in Training Program (LIT). Shaquala received her MSW with Advanced Standing from the Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College, and has extensive experience working with underserved youth. She is also a New York Community Trust Fellow. Prior to joining GOSO, she was Associate Program Manager for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC where she supervised 60 mentor relationships.
